To achieve this, however, meant building an elite selection of talent and instilling a collective sense of drive and passion in order to accomplish what needed to be done.
Our approach: the power of skill and dedication
Our team is the heartbeat of this groundbreaking venture. Meticulously chosen based on their skills and track records, these individuals aren’t just team members; they’re the force behind our accelerated timeline and project success.
Joining Project X Room wasn’t a stroke of luck for any of the people involved—it was about meeting specific criteria to ensure a team capable of not just meeting but surpassing expectations. Team members who managed to pass the stringent and rigorous selection process enjoyed the distinction of being part of an elite group to work on a highly important project.

“Entering the ‘Project X Room’ presented an initial hurdle with its stringent 12-hour daily policy and no days off, prompting thoughts of departure in the first week. Adapting to this schedule was a challenge, yet gradually, I found my rhythm. Employing proactive time management strategies, I segmented tasks into three phases, punctuated by coffee breaks and engaging discussions, fueling productivity in creative interface designs.
VAI’s incentives, such as bonuses, dinners, and vacations, significantly boosted morale among us. Enduring the emotional ebbs and flows, including fatigue and creative blocks, was all part of the ‘Project X Room’ experience. Initially a personal challenge, I persisted with the support of colleagues, eventually witnessing our efforts blossom and garner recognition.
Reflecting on these 45 days within ‘Project X Room,’ amidst outstanding colleagues, notably as the only female technologist, this period has etched unforgettable memories. While I eagerly anticipate forthcoming challenges, this experience will forever remain an integral part of my journey.”
